These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OneOfUs mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Selom Amouzou (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using OneOfUs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use OneOfUs.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms.
2. Use of the Service
OneOfUs is a social group game that allows users to:
- create and join groups
- participate in voting-based games
- answer and vote on questions
- reveal group results
- share results
- purchase premium content and subscriptions
You agree to use the Service only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
You must not:
- use the app for harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
- impersonate another person
- attempt to disrupt or damage the Service
- access accounts or groups without authorization
- submit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- use bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate gameplay
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content
You may submit content such as:
- display names
- profile photos
- custom questions
- game ideas
- feedback
You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating and improving OneOfUs.
This includes the right to feature submitted game questions inside the app.
You must only submit content you have the right to share.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
OneOfUs may offer:
- one-time purchases
- subscriptions (monthly or yearly)
- premium question themes and content
All purchases are processed through App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
No refunds are provided except as required by the applicable app store policies or law.
6. Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
This includes:
- question themes
- premium content
- features
- group functionality
- supported platforms
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including:
- app design
- branding
- logos
- questions
- features
- code
- artwork
- content created by us
remain our property.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the Service without permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
- the Service will always be uninterrupted
- the Service will always be error-free
- results, votes, or group content will always be preserved
Gameplay results are for entertainment purposes only.

10. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of data
- loss of profits
- loss of gameplay history
- interruptions in service
